6.4. Recomendações para investigação futura

Tal como foi referido no tópico anterior, uma das limitações da investigação foi o facto da amostra ser reduzida e centrada maioritariamente na região centro. Desta forma, seria interessante conseguir uma maior amostra e conseguir atingir áreas geográficas mais diversificadas.

Uma vez que este estudo se centrou no consumidor individual, seria interessante desenvolver um modelo explicativo centrado nas organizações que utilizam os blogues como ferramenta de marketing.

Também seria pertinente desenvolver esta investigação utilizando, em complemento, a metodologia qualitativa, através de entrevistas ou focus group.

Por fim, seria igualmente importante conseguir validar estatisticamente o modelo de investigação como um todo, usando, para isso, a análise de equações estruturais.
