5.4. Sugestões para futuras investigações
Futuramente, sugere-se a implementação do BSC na cadeia de restaurantes para se analisarem as dificuldades e benefícios encontrados; a comparação das dificuldades e benefícios resultantes da sua implementação e uso com outros casos de implementação, permitirão ser analisados e compreendidos se esses benefícios e dificuldades diferem no que diz respeito ao tipo de empresa, tipo de mercado e tipo de negócio.
Também se sugere a implementação do BSC nos vários restaurantes que fazem parte da cadeia, através do “cascading down” do BSC corporativo elaborado para a cadeia. Será interessante estudar as dificuldades e benefícios resultantes para os vários restaurantes já que estes se encontram em localizações diferentes (apesar de estarem numa zona marítima, cada zona apresenta diferentes fatores que os condicionam) e, como tal, têm necessidades diferentes. Para além disto, sugere-se que seja efetuado o desdobramento do BSC aos vários negócios do Restaurante P (atividades de lazer, o Museu…).
Outro tópico que se sugere para investigação futura consiste em fazer uma análise aprofundada dos obstáculos encontrados na fase de conceção do BSC para se poder prever esses obstáculos antes de estes mesmos ocorrerem.
Finalmente, sugere-se que sejam realizadas investigações em organizações idênticas à organização em estudo para se confirmar o estudo desenvolvido neste projeto.
