3. Sugestões para trabalho futuro
Como trabalho futuro de investigação recomenda-se a replicação do estudo numa amostra mais representativa, de forma a validar os resultados discutidos na
presente investigação.
Numa outra vertente, aconselha-se a investigação de outros fatores determinantes da satisfação e lealdade e sua utilização como variáveis para explicar os
determinantes do marketing relacional.
Sugere-se, também, a replicação deste estudo num outro ambiente empresarial, abrangendo outras áreas de negócio.
