Dentre os futuros trabalhos que podem ser elaborados para complementar e dar continuidade ao trabalho iniciado nesta dissertação sugere-se:

x Adaptar e utilizar um modelo de classificação e priorização de sistemas ou subsistemas críticos, considerando o impacto da degradação dos equipamentos da rebobinadeira na qualidade do produto;

x Analisar os impactos dos níveis de degradação dos equipamentos da rebobinadeira sobre a qualidade do produto;

x Definir condições operacionais mais adequadas para atingir altos índices de produtividade, principalmente no que diz respeito à velocidade máxima de operação visando atender à demanda crescente de aumento da produtividade de uma unidade de produção de películas bi orientada;

x Implantar uma estrutura de monitoramento baseado no acompanhamento contínuo de uma rebobinadeira visando uma excelência de desempenho e otimização do custo de manutenção.

x Elaborar modelos que possam sugerir uma política otimizada de manutenção considerando os custos de indisponibilidade, custos das intervenções de manutenção e custos ou impactos provenientes de problemas de qualidade decorrentes da degradação do equipamento;

x Correlacionar as atividades do RCM e CBM com a qualidade das bobinas, visto que o universo de causas para o problema de aparecimento de defeitos de bobinamento engloba diversas causas ligadas a outros modos de falha que não os relacionados ao equipamento. A dissertação busca auxiliar trabalhos futuros em trabalhos desta natureza.

x Estudar os efeitos da vibração no rebobinamento e as técnicas disponíveis para seu controle e eliminação visando obtenção de altos níveis de velocidade de operação e qualidade das bobinas.
