5 CONCLUSÕES

5.2 Sugestões para trabalhos futuros

• Realizar ensaios de liberação das fibras incorporadas com extrato e surfactantes para estudar a influência do uso dos surfactantes Tween 20 e Triton X-100.

• Avaliar a atividade antimicrobiana in vitro do extrato de Rosmarinus liberado das fibras nas bactérias Gram-positivas: EFVR, SARM e C. albicans.

• Realizar ensaios de citoxicidade em fibroblastos do extrato Romarinus officinalis e das fibras de PCL/Rosmarinus e PCL/Rosmarinus /Tween 2º ou Triton x-100 obtidas por Rotofiação.
