We recommend further studies to confirm these thesis findings and for a broader understanding of the theme in Brazil in comparison to other countries. Besides, it is necessary to investigate if the patterns observed in our research will also be present on employees or companies from the private sector. It also would be possible to compare results from public and private sectors in order to verify whether there are ethical position differences between these two environments. In addition, the results of the third paper are not conclusive, and other studies testing the MI of idealism and relativism in relation to demographic variables could helpfully be performed. Finally, in view of the new pandemic scenario, we recommend that a new line of research could start to investigate employees' behavior concerning compliance to health mandates, in order to preserve their colleagues and their vulnerable relatives.
