Além das disciplinas obrigatórias e demais obrigações e compromissos assumidos com a professora orientadora, o mestrado acadêmico do Departamento de Nutrição da UFRN me proporcionou outras vivências e experiências que agregaram conhecimento para minha formação enquanto discente de mestrado acadêmico quanto e para minha prática profissional.

Dentre essas vivências estão os quatro resumos publicados em eventos, conforme segue:

A pós-graduação também oportunizou minha participação no grupo de pesquisa em bioquímica dos alimentos e da nutrição, com participação em reuniões científicas com ricas discussões e co-orientação de alunos de Iniciação Científic, o que me permitiu desenvolver habilidades importantes para o contexto acadêmico e para minha atuação profissional. A escrita de artigo científico também foi um importante aprendizado, que permitiu o amadurecimento do meu raciocínio científico tanto para a escrita quanto para a leitura.

Outra riquíssima experiência, especialmente no tocante ao desenvolvimento da minha dissertação, foi a participação no curso de verão promovido pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP) intitulado “Classificação NOVA e o Guia Alimentar: teoria e prática – Difusão”. Este ocorreu no período de 18 a 22 de fevereiro de 2019 e teve o apoio da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - Brasil (CAPES) - Código de Financiamento 001.

Mais uma vivência importante foi a participação como colaboradora no evento de extensão “Conversando sobre revisão sistemática com o grupo de pesquisa Bioquímica dos Alimentos e da Nutrição – LABAN”, realizado no dia 01 de fevereiro de 2019, com carga horária de 4 horas.
