The latest version of the manual can be found on the site www.belgacom.be. To apply labels: push the mounting strip of the device backwards and lift it up. Menu page: contains all functions and applications accessible via the keys corresponding to the words on the screen.
Guide key: used to get information about the functions on the 'menu' side and to program the key on the 'person' side. From this page it is possible to adjust the ringtone volume and screen brightness, program the time of an appointment, lock the terminal, define the default page displayed, configure the answering machine and access telephone functions such as redialing one of the last numbers or listening to calls. This screen appears temporarily when a call comes in and displays the name and/or number of the caller.
These functions (transfer, conference, etc.) are directly related to the consulted call status. Depending on how the system is configured, the caller's name or number appears on the screen. In this case, a beep will sound and/or a message will appear on the screen 20 seconds before the end of communication.
Regarding the programming of the call keys, see the chapter "Programming your telephone/Programming the keys for a direct call (option) (Personal page:)".

The 'Meet me' function is used to set up a conference with up to 6 people: the 'master' of the conference (who has the rights to initiate the conference) and the participants (up to 5) meeting for the conference . To ensure that the participants can join the conference, you must first set a meeting time for the conference and send them the access code. Call number for activating the 'Meet me' conference: this call number is used by the conference master when he wants to start a conference from an external telephone.
When the system asks you to enter a code or password, you are allowed 3 attempts before the system rejects your request. Once decided by the conference master, participants can join the 'Meet me' conference (maximum 5 participants). Meet me conference call number: this call number allows participants to join a conference call from an external group.
If the conference has not yet been set up by the conference master, you are put on hold until the conference starts (maximum 5 minutes). This dials the number of the call to join the 'Meet-me' conference and then transfers your call (10 seconds). When a diversion is applied, you can select the types of calls to be diverted: external, internal, all.
By default, internal and external calls are rejected (to change, see point 5.2) Selection of diverted calls).
