I - Introduction
On the rd day of August two thousand twenty two, at hours and minutes, the jury nominated by the CCMAR board of Directors on / / , met by video conference, for the meeting of the call Ref.
CCMAR/BINCGAM/ / . The meeting was held for the award of a Research Fellowship for a person with a Master Degree (Bolsa de Investigação não conducente à obtenção de grau académico para pessoa com Mestrado) through the project with reference EXPL/CTA-AMB/ / , named as “F libe açã de l en e e de mic lá ic a e fície de lá ic .” funded by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, (FCT) through national budget under the following conditions. The nominated jury was composed by Professor Deborah Power, Full Professor at Algarve University and group leader at CCMAR (president of the jury), Dr. João Cardoso, researcher at CCMAR (member) and Dr. Joana Cruz, researcher at CCMAR (member), and had the following agenda items: admission and evaluation of applications admitted to the fellowship CCMAR/BINCGAM/ / .
II – Candidates
Two applications were received for the position:

III - Exclusion of applications
The jury analysed the applications, considering the mandatory requirements and documents, and decided to exclude the two candidates (Table ) because they have not submitted the documents:
. a copy of the Master degree Certificate (if awarded by a Portuguese Higher Education Institution) or a copy of the certificate of recognition of the Master degree by a Portuguese Public Higher Education Institution or by DGES – Directorate General for Higher Education (if the degree was awarded by a foreign University).
or
. the complete declaration of honour available from the application platform, if they are unable at the time of application, to provide a copy of the Master degree certificate (if awarded by a Portuguese Higher Education Institution) or a copy of the certificate of recognition of the Master degree (if the degree was awarded by a foreign University), as indicated above.

2 IV - Conclusion
The Jury will proceed to the right of prior hearing of the candidates, setting a deadline of working days to claim what they consider to be convenient, whether in relation to scientific or procedural matters.
With no other item on the agenda, the meeting of which these minutes were drawn up was closed, with pages, and annex, which after being read and approved were signed by the members of the jury.

Statement of no conflict of interests

We, the undersigned, fully understand the confidential nature of the assessment process and agree not to disclose or discuss its materials, no where, with no one, knowing the consequences of a misconduct.
We further declare that we have no direct or indirect financial, economic or personal interest that could compromise our impartiality and autonomy as members of this Jury.
Thus, we declare under word of honor that we will not evaluate candidates with whom we have a conflict of interest, for what we will require our immediate replacement.
