The new IMVF image and the restructuring of the communication policy carried out after internal reflection was also undoubtedly an important step in the consolidation of our image at national and international level. This international scenario - and its effects on the distribution of financing flows - has contributed to a decrease in available funds for programs in the ACP countries (Africa, Caribbean and Pacific).
GENERAL EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION
In short, after analyzing the overall results in question, it is worth noting that 95% of the objectives the team set for themselves were achieved, exceeded or even exceeded by a wide margin. Finally, the Executive Board notes with great satisfaction that 37.5% of the proposed objectives have been exceeded or even amply exceeded.
FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY, AN UNDENIBLE STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE TO BE PRESERVED
Value of Projects (m€)
Project Implementation (m€)
There is a significant increase from EU funding - around 60% - mainly due to the start of the PIMI II project, and a strong decrease from Portuguese state funding, especially from Camões, I.P. Regarding new projects, it is worth noting that at the end of the year the protocol for the project Sustainable Territories for Peace in Caquetá was signed in Colombia for an amount of €3,900,000.
Financing (m€)
This is a fundamental element for the institute's financial sustainability and an indispensable permanent strategic objective to ensure. We count on EVERYONE for the development of an even better Institut Marquês de Valle Flôr.
