IRON DOPING IN TIN DIOXIDE NANOPARTICLES

They studied the influence of 57Fe doping and deformation effects on the structural and magneto-transport properties of undoped and lightly 57Fe-doped (1 and 3% on the Mn site) La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 thin films and samples in bulk powder. M¨ossbauer (CEM) electron conversion spectra measured at room temperature in the paramagnetic regime of Fe-doped samples do not show significant differences in the isomeric shift in the case of La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 films doped with 1 and 3%. The isomeric shift values ​​correspond to the presence of Fe in the 3+ state with octahedral coordination, indicating that Fe is incorporated into the structure by Mn substitution.

The absence of further states in the spectra indicates that Fe is not involved in the formation of other additional impurity phases.

CeO 2 solid solutions synthesized by different chemical routes: crystal structure and local order

The thermal expansion of metallic silicides has been investigated for potential applications to high temperature construction materials. Because these silicides crystallize in non-cubic structures, their thermal expansion coefficients are usually anisotropic. The aim of this study was to determine the thermal expansion coefficients and anisotropy for Cr5Si3 and Ta5Si3.

ELECTRONIC PROPERTIES OF COORDINATION COMPOUNDS OF THE DMIT, DMIO AND DMT

O uso da conscientização na medicina tem se destacado, principalmente à luz de uma modalidade alternativa de tratamento do câncer chamada terapia fotodinâmica (PDT). Neste trabalho, as características estruturais de amostras dos insumos farmacêuticos fluconazol, mebendazol e nimesulida foram investigadas utilizando técnicas de difração de raios X de pó (DRXP) e análise térmica. A estrutura atômica desta liga foi determinada por difração de raios X (XRD) como sendo do tipo blenda de zinco (ZB-GaSb), e suas propriedades térmicas e ópticas foram investigadas através de calorimetria (DSC) e espectroscopia Raman (RS) [1 ] .

A transição semicondutor-metal da liga sob pressão foi verificada por absorção de raios X (XAS) e Raman [2].

EFFECT OF THE STATE OF METALS OXIDATION ON POLYSULFUR LIGANDS

The results obtained from transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, atomic emission spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, infrared and Raman spectroscopy made it possible to conclude that the layers of both as-synthesized titanates nanotubes and nanoribbons are - tural to theN a2T i3O7lamellar compound. In the titanate nanotubes, the chemical bonds are deformed due to the curvature of the walls, while the layers in the titanate nanoribbons exhibit structural disorder due to size effects. The thermal behavior of titanate nanoribbons is similar to those reported in the literature for titanate nanotubes, where structural and morphological changes with temperature increases are observed and indicated that at high temperatures the nanoribbons change to bulk with a phase mixture of N a2T i3O7 and N a2T i6O13.

We thus conclude that the chemical composition of both the titanate nanotubes and the titanate nanoribbons is the same, N a2−xHxT i3O7.nH2O (0≤x≤2).

In the present work, the lanthanum manganite and chromite are studied in a solid solution obtained via a solid state reaction, presenting the composition La0.80Sr0.30Mn0.90Cr0.10O3. Using synchrotron light we could take advantage of anomalous scattering, collecting data near the absorption edge of Cr (5.9625 keV). The density of electronic states is characterized and correlated with the structural order/disorder of the nanoparticle.

The relationship between the size of the crystalline core, surface tension is tried to be found as a function of the size and shape of the particle, and surface termination.

This sparked an active interest in researching the ternary phase diagram of the Al-Ni-B system. There is almost no information on the physical properties of stable Al-Ni-B ternary compounds. This suppression is believed to be due to the different electronic structure of Cu2+ associated with Li1+ ions.
