DECLARATION OF THE XV PSC, SAN JUAN, PR, 1958

THE 11th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having examined Document CD11/8, together with its annex containing the "Declaration of the XV

Pan American Sanitary Conference, San Juan, Puerto Rico" (Document CE37/4, Rev. 1); and

Considering that the XV Pan American Sanitary Conference transmitted the first draft of the

aforesaid document, which it had approved in principle, to the Executive Committee, and that the

latter, at its 37th Meeting, after [studying it carefully and introducing] in it changes that in no way

affected the substance of the text, [agreed in] Resolution XIII to transmit it to the Directing Council,

RESOLVES

To take note of the "Declaration of the XV Pan American Sanitary Conference, San Juan, Puerto

Rico, 1958."
