CURRICULAR
limite 3000 caracteresPretende-se que os discentes adquiram competências ao longo desta UC, aos níveis: • Conceptual: desenvolvimento da capacidade criativa e comunicativa do aluno;
componentes emocional, comportamental e cultural. Desenvolvimento de uma consciência ética e deontológica da profissão na sociedade, considerando aspectos de sustentabilidade, acessibilidade a todos, análise de mercado, propriedade intelectual e estratégias de inovação;

CURRICULAR
UNIT FORM
The implementation of the proposed Study Plan is accompanied by the following strategy:
• Addressing a wide range of topics of design, allowing greater preparation for the market and the different requests that arise there.
• Being aware that the approach to product design is closely linked to the type of materials and resources available for the implementation of each project, the exercises will seek to make different approaches associated with each material / technology, taking advantage of the Product Engineering courses monitoring.
• To request an increasing degree on the quality of the concepts presented.
• To request an increasing degree of accuracy and feasibility in developing the design of the projected equipment, allowing its proper interpretation and execution.
• To transmit basics of management design applied to product design and services design, both in terms of its application to future clients both in the personal and career management. The aim is to implement an increasing degree of complexity to improve the management capacity of the projects.
Competencies to be acquired by students (topics)
limit 3000 charactersIt is intended that students acquire skills throughout this course, at the following levels: • Conceptual: development of creative and communicative ability of the student;
• Project: for effective application of knowledge acquired during the year and from the previous training subjects: materials, technologies, productive resources, physical and economic constraints, interfaces, emotional, behavioral and cultural components. Development of an ethical conscience and ethics of the profession in society, considering aspects of sustainability, accessibility to all, market analysis, intellectual property and innovation strategies;
• Presentation: To improve the ability to communicate and transmit data throughout the design process, which takes place mostly in multidisciplinary team, demanding a correct application of means and codes in the development of each product / equipment / service.
