Althoughwehavemadesignificantprogressintheareas ofinformaticsandcommunication,andinthedevelopment of electronic devices that aid in the diagnosis and treat-mentofdiseases,nothingcanreplacetheexchangeofideas andtheevolutionofthoughts,concepts,andattitudeswhen theydeveloptogether,amongindividualswhohavecommon goals.Nothingreplacesabrainstorm.
Theeditorofanimportantjournalneedsthehelpof co-editors,associateeditors,internalreviewersand,often,of externalreviewers.
Themainauthorofascientificwork,inmostcases,relies upontheinvaluablecollaborationofco-authors,sothatthe endresultisthebestpossible.
The head of an academic department or chief of a medicalclinic needs the activeparticipation of the team members.
Ascientificconferencewillnotachievethesamesuccess withouttheactiveparticipationoftheindividualsworking ineachsector.
This idea of active participation and collaboration in everyday decisions can also be extended to family life,
