• aquecimento até 300° C com velocidade de 5° C/min, mantendo por 30 minutos; • aquecimento até 950° C na mesma velocidade, mantendo por 40 minutos.
Apêndice 2- Ciclo de queima do revestimento Rematitan Plus
O anel é colocado no forno, a temperatura ambiente, e este é ajustado para:
• aquecimento até 250° C com velocidade de 5° C/min, mantendo por 250 minutos; • aquecimento de 250° C a 1000° C na mesma velocidade, mantendo por 60 minutos; • resfriamento de 1000° C a 400° C (temperatura de fundição) na velocidade de 5° C/min,
mantendo a temperatura por 300 minutos.

1. eliminação do oxigênio da câmara: 2. injeção do argônio;
3. fusão do titânio por arco voltaico (eletrodo de tungstênio);
4. injeção do titânio fundido no interior do molde por meio da pressão positiva de argônio na entrada do canal de alimentação e pressão negativa na extremidade oposta do molde.
