OBJECTIVOS DA DISCIPLINA:
Os objectivos desta disciplina consistem em aprofundar conhecimentos sobre várias unidades temáticas que incidem sobre a inovação, colocando especial ênfase aos conteúdos e linhas de investigação actuais. Pretende-se, também, a elaboração de uma proposta de ideia de negócio e, ainda, fomentar a realização de investigações sobre temas de inovação empresarial atendendo às tendências presentes e futuras neste campo de investigação.
COMPETÊNCIAS A ADQUIRIR:
A disciplina visa que os alunos venham a adquirir um conjunto de competências: - Compreender de forma sistemática diversos temas no domínio da inovação;
- Ser capaz de analisar criticamente novos temas, integrando-os e interrelacionando-os com conhecimentos adquiridos e com outras áreas temáticas.
- Adquirir a aptidão e as capacidades requeridas para a investigação no domínio da inovação;
- Ser capaz de conceber, projectar e realizar investigação dentro de elevados padrões de qualidade, integridade e de ética;
- Ser capaz de comunicar os resultados obtidos e de promover o progresso tecnológico PROGRAMA:

A metodologia a utilizar consistirá no desenvolvimento teórico-prático, por parte da professora, de cada uma das unidades temáticas do programa. Os alunos irão elaborar trabalhos incidindo sobre as duas partes do programa que serão avaliados no âmbito da disciplina.

TESTES ESCRITOS:
Os testes escritos visam avaliar os conhecimentos adquiridos pelo aluno sobre os diversos temas no domínio da inovação.
TRABALHO ESCRITO INDIVIDUAL SOBRE A COMPONENTE DE INVESTIGAÇÃO:
O trabalho escrito realizado em grupo, constituído por 2 elementos, deverá reflectir os aspectos indicados no desenvolvimento do tema bem como os seguintes objectivos:
1 - Estudo e aprofundamento do tema escolhido/atribuído. 2 - Praticar a estruturação e exposição didáctica do tema.
A avaliação do trabalho será feita de acordo com os seguintes aspectos: 1–DESENVOLVIMENTO DO TEMA
− Estruturação do trabalho
− Qualidade de síntese do trabalho − Clareza conceptual
− Grau de aprofundamento e integração do tema com abordagens complementares − Juízos críticos sobre o tema e os estudos analisados
− Levantamento de questões passíveis de investigação − A identificação de bibliografia interessante sobre o tema.
2–CUMPRIMENTO DE REQUISITOS FORMAIS NA ELABORAÇÃO DO TRABALHO
Em formato de paper, deverá ter no máximo de 15 páginas, redigidas a letra 12, espaço 1,5 e margens 2,5. Regras de formatação da publicação – Doutoramento. 3–ENTREGA DO TRABALHO
Será por e-mail até à segunda-feira anterior à exposição do trabalho. Este trabalho terá de ser entregue à professora da disciplina e ao colega que irá efectuar a apreciação crítica.
APRESENTAÇÃO DO TRABALHO INDIVIDUAL
A apresentação individual do trabalho deverá ter em conta a qualidade didáctica da exposição do tema.
RELATÓRIO CRÍTICO
O relatório crítico individual deverá reflectir a apreciação crítica fundamentada do aluno acerca do artigo em causa, devendo salientar quer os aspectos positivos quer negativos do trabalho, visando a sua melhoria e valorização.
