The recent publication “Accountability of the other: discourses of nurses of the Family Health Strategy on the occurrence of dengue” is very interesting(1)_{. Reis et al. concluded that “discourse of nurses is very close to common sense, generalizing} inadequate behaviors(1)_{”. Indeed, it is proved that “nurses conceptions on comprehensiveness are directly relates with providing} care(2)_{”. Hence understanding the behavior relating to an occurrence of a disease is important. It can trace the way of the} inter-relationship between nurses and patients as well as other medical personnel(3)_{interest, the common sense seems to be important} part determining the disclosure behavior. This reflects the concerns on humanistic rather than scientific evidence.
