Chest, sleeve e waist = partes do corpo, mas você já vai ver como tirar a medida de cada um delas.

Passe a fita métrica em torno do tórax e faça com

que as pontas se encontrem entre os seios.

Bust/Busto

Meça a distância entre os ossinhos externos dos

ombros.

Shoulder/Ombro

Meça toda a circunferência do quadril, bem na altura em

que ele é mais largo.

Hips/Quadris

Meça toda a circunferência na parte mais volumosa.

Thigh/Coxa

Meça toda a circunferência do abdômen na altura do

umbigo.

Para tirar essa medida você vai precisar de um casaco que te caia bem. Aí, meça desde a dobra entre o

pescoço e vá até o final dele.

Waist/Cintura Lenght/Comprimento

Dica: para medir o comprimento do braço, faça isso com ele dobrado, porque a manga sobre nessa

posição.

Tenha a anotação das medidas sempre a mão, aí quando pintar uma oferta, você já sabe exatamente qual

tamanho pedir.
