MODO DE USAR:
1- CORTAR O DUPLICADOR DUPLICAR EM PEQUENOS PEDAÇOS (CUBOS DE 1 CM)
2- AQUECER EM FOGO BAIXO DURANTE O DERRETIMENTO E MEXER COM UMA COLHER DE MADEIRA MANTENDO A HOMOGENEIDADE.
3- PREPARARO MODELO DE GESSO A SER REPRODUZIDO NA MUFLA ESPECIAL PARA DUPLICAÇÃO EM PPR
4- QUANDO O DUPLICADOR ESTIVER A MAIS OU MENOS 45˚C, VERTER NA MUFLA PARA REALIZAR A CÓPIA.
5- APÓS A GELIFICAÇÃO, RETIRAR O MODELO DA MUFLA E DERRAMAR O
REVESTIMENTO NO MOLDE, NO QUAL SERÁ FUNDIDA A PPR EM CROMO COBALTO. ATENÇÃO: NA RECICLAGEM DE DUPLICADOR RECOMENDA-SE A ADIÇÃO DE ÁGUA, PRA

INDICATIONS:
HIGH PRECISION ELASTIC GELATINE DUPLICATOR FOR CHROMO COBALT CASTING. EXTRA HARD
1.Product Identification.
ANVISA REGISTRATION – Absent RDE 260-23/09/2003 Composition:
Water, agar-agar, glycerin, anti-foaming agent, preservatives. Packaging:
Plastic jar of 1000g.
Instructions for use:
.Cut the DUPLICATOR in small pieces (1cm cubes).
.Heat up at low temperature during the melting process and use a wood spoon to mix keeping the homogeneity.
.Prepare the plaster model to be produced in the muffle kiln for duplication in PPR . .When the Duplicator reaches about 45°C, place in the muffle to make a copy .
.After the gelatin is ready, take the model from the muffle and pour the coating in the mould which will be molten at PPR in chromo cobalt.
ATTENTION: To recycle the duplicator is recommended to add water to keep the product fluidity, every 3 times of use avoid boiling. It can be used in the microwave.

2 - CALENTAR A FUEGO BAJO DURANTE EL DERRETIMIENTO Y REMOVER CON UNA CUCHARA DE MADERA MANTENIENDO LA HOMOGENEIDAD.
3 - PREPARAR EL MODELO DE YESO A SER REPRODUCIDO EN UN HORNO DE MUFLA ESPECIAL PARA LA DUPLICACIÓN EN PPR
4 - CUANDO LA COPIADORA ESTÁ A MÁS O MENOS 45C, VERTER EN UN HORNO DE MUFLA PARA REALIZAR LA COPIA.
5 - DESPUÉS DE LA GELIFICACIÓN, RETIRAR EL MODELO DE UN HORNO DE MUFLA Y VERTER EL LA CAPA EN EL MOLDE, EN EL CUAL SE FUSIONA LA PPR EN CROMO COBALTO.
ATENCIÓN: EN EL RECICLAJE DE DUPLICADOR SE RECOMIENDA LA ADICIÓN DE AGUA, PARA MANTENER LA FLUIDEZ DEL PRODUCTO, CADA 3 USOS. EVITE HERVIR. PUEDE SER UTILIZADO EN MICROONDAS .
