If by any reason a child is not staying for after school activities, the teacher must receive a note from the parents. Otherwise, he or she will be sent to the activity.

Important Information
- Extended Day Care Program
ECC activities begin on August 24th and end on
December 4th. Activities are from 3:30pm to 4:15pm.
To ensure safety and quality of the activities, we will have a limited number of students and we will try to guarantee that your child will be enrolled in at least one of the choices if sign up is made until August 21st.
Sign up is from August 5th to September 4th, and the
slips must be handed in exclusively to the classroom teacher.
Attendance in activities must be regular. In an activity with a waiting list, if a student misses 3 days of activities without an excused absence, he or she will be taken out of the activity and the students on the waiting list will be contacted.
Dropping off activities must be communicated by e-mail: micaella.canalli@iscbrazil.com.
Siblings or friends not in the activity may NOT attend, they must be picked up, join an activity and are not to roam on campus.
In case of rain, outdoor activities will be held at the library or classroom and students will have alternative activities.

All students attending the Extended Day Care Program will be grouped together.
Buses provide transportation for students enrolled in after school activities and are contracted directly by the parents.
Please note: For no reason a child may stay at school
beyond 4:45pm.
A snack will be included in the afternoon session. Parents or guardians must daily sign the form when picking up their children.
Students will have supervised activities such as playing on the playground and in the covered gym, playing board games inside and with toys in the toy room.
The Program is a supervised non-instructional day care structure.

Os ônibus e van de transporte após o after schooldevem ser contratados diretamente pelos pais.

- Extended Day Care Program
Todos os alunos inscritos no Extended Day Care Program ficarão no mesmo grupo.IMPORTANTE: Nenhum aluno deve permanecer no
colégio após as 16h45.
Um lanche será incluído nas atividades vespertinas. Os pais ou responsáveis deverão assinar diariamente a ficha quando buscarem seus filhos.
Os alunos participarão de atividades recreativas supervisionadas, como brincar no parquinho e no ginásio coberto, jogos de tabuleiros, com brinquedos na sala de brinquedos, assistir filmes e outras atividades apropriadas para alunos do ensino infantil.
Este é um programa supervisionado, sem fins acadêmicos.
Se, por qualquer motivo o aluno não permanecer para as atividades extracurriculares, os pais devem enviar um aviso ao professor. Caso contrário, o aluno será levado à atividade.
Informação Importante
As atividades do ECC iniciam em 24 de agosto e terminam em 4 de dezembro. As atividades são das 15h30 as 16h15.
Para garantir a segurança e a qualidade das aulas, teremos um número limitado de alunos, e tentaremos garantir tque seu filho seja inscrito em pelo menos uma das atividades. Se a inscrição for feita até dia 21 de agosto.
As inscrições serão do dia 5 de agosto a 4 de setembro, e devem ser entregues a professora regente exclusivamente.
A assiduidade nas aulas deve ser regular. Se um aluno faltar 3 dias de atividade sem justificativa, ele (a) será retirado da atividade e os alunos da lista de espera serão chamados.
A desistência da atividade deverá ser comunicada por email: micaella.canalli@iscbrazil.com .
Irmãos ou amigos que não estão matriculados na atividade, NÃO poderão participar, estes deverão ser buscados no horário de saída de aula regular, ou entrar em uma atividade, e não poderão ficar na escola sem supervisão.
Em caso de chuva, as atividades externas serão na biblioteca ou sala de aula e serão desenvolvidas atividades alternativas.
