MIDES® AIR BLASTER

The company MIDES®, is in the market for 25 years in South America 25. MIDES® is a mark of a technology pioneer for AIR BLASTERS and the service fort RATING BALLS MILLS®.

MIDES® has developed technology that allows MIDES® AIR BLASTERS work for 3 years without changing any component MIDES® VALVE.

Maintenance:

- No need for lubrication, the valve constructively and the materials used, do not need any treatment of compressed air, such as lubrication.

- No need any preventive maintenance, the MIDES® VALVE is reinforced (one piece) without access to their elements.

- Has no corrective maintenance costs.

Security and reliability:

- 100% reliable for a period of at least three years in environments of hig h aggression.

- Quick and safe maintenance, a single part, which replacement can be made a maximum of 5 minutes, with minimal operator exposure to aggressive environment where the equipment is running.

- Low operating noise level, the MIDES® VALVE for being 100% shielded, without holes to relieve external pneumatic air (exhaust), the valve noise is barely noticeable when actuated in an industrial environment.

Performance / Economy:

- Given the mounting MIDES® VALVE, provides the following features: 1.º - Lower maintenance costs and replacement parts (close to $ 0). 2.º - Fewer moving parts.

3.º - Lower volume of air required to command the work valve, allowing the smallest time necessary to release the air stored under pressure in the tank, making this machine the best performance features, making more work for the same volume air.

- Lower maintenance costs because the MIDES® VALVE does not require any preventive maintenance or care even with lubrication.

- Longer service life, because the minimum life for any work environment, including high-aggression, has guarantee of MIDES® for 3 years. Which is already the lowest cost in human intervention and in spare parts.

(*) – The useful life of the pieces take into consideration the quality of compressed air and the correct use of equipment. The compressed air must be clean and free of particulates, water and oil. The working pressure of the MIDES® AIR BLASTER must not be greater than 7 bar.

Note: The smaller the interval between firings the equipment, the shorter the life of parts. It is recommended intensive monitoring the operation of the MIDES® AIR BLASTER in the first weeks of use, to determine the optimal interval for each system, thereby avoiding unnecessary consumption of parts and compressed air.
