Topic 24: STATUS OF THE WORKING CAPITAL FUND

Draft Resolution

Presented by Dr. Juan Allwood Paredes, Representative of El Salvador

THE DIRECTING COUNCIL

RESOLVES:

1. That $306,000 of the Working Capital Fund can be con-sidered as surplus and can be spent without risk to the economic stability of the Bureau.

2. That an amount not greater than $110,000 be allotted to the reconstruction and reconditioning of the buildings

of the interim headquarters and be used as the Permanent

Subcommittee on Buildings and Installations (Resolution IX of the 17th MIeeting of the Executive Committee) shall provide, in consultation with the Director.

3. That the sum of $196,000 be allotted to programs of the Bureau whose nature does not require outside or addition-al financing with resources derived from the Working
