RESOLUTION

CD13.R3

NATIONAL HEALTH PLANS

THE 13rd DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Bearing in mind the continental scope of the program of the Pan American Health Organization;

and

Considering that it is incumbent on the Governments to take suitable steps to safeguard the health of

their peoples,

RESOLVES

That the Pan American Sanitary Bureau should increase its work of international coordination, and

that, in keeping with the priorities established by its Governing Bodies, the Bureau should continue

to make technical advisory services available to the Member Governments, especially for the

formulation of national health plans.
