PROCEDURE FOR THE PRESENTATION OF REPORTS TO THE DC
THE 16th DIRECTING COUNCIL,
Having considered the report of the Director (Document CD16/9) on the procedure for the
presentation of reports to the Directing Council; and
Bearing in mind the discussions of the 52nd Meeting of the Executive Committee on this matter and
its Resolution XVII,
RESOLVES
1.To take note of the report of the Director on the procedure for the presentation of reports to the
Directing Council, and to express its satisfaction with the manner in which these reports are
presented, especially with the progress achieved in recent years.
2.To recommend to the Director that he continue the evaluation begun in the last two years so as to
provide the Governing Bodies with an ever clearer account of the progress made in the development
of the programs in which the Organization is collaborating with the Governments.
