INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR FOR THE
YEAR 1984
THE 31st DIRECTING COUNCIL,
Having examined the Interim Financial Report of the Director for the year 1984 (Official Document
200 and Add. I);
Noting the report of the 95th Meeting of the Executive Committee on its review of the financial
statements and relevant schedules of the Organization as contained in Official Document 200 and
Add. I, particularly its concerns regarding the status of quota contributions; and
Recognizing that the Organization continues to be in a sound financial situation,
RESOLVES
1. To take note of the Interim Financial Report of the Director for the year 1984 (Official Document
200 and Add. I).
2. To fully endorse the comments and concerns expressed by the 95th Meeting of the Executive
Committee in its report on the financial condition of the Organization as of 31 December 1984.
3. To commend the Director for having maintained the Organization in a sound financial condition.
