General Information
O Palácio Nacional da Pena ergue-se sobre uma rocha escarpada e é o segundo ponto mais alto da Serra de Sintra. O Palácio localiza-se na zona oriental do Parque da Pena e foi construído para ser observado a partir de qualquer ponto do mesmo. Tanto o Palácio como o Parque são o expoente máximo do Romantismo do século XIX em Portugal, com referências arquitetónicas de influência manuelina e mourisca. Acessibilidades: O interior do Palácio não é acessível a pessoas com mobilidade condicionada devido à existência de degraus ao longo de todo o percurso, mas a loja, restaurante e cafetaria do Palácio da Pena que foram renovados recentemente são acessíveis a todos. Existe um WC acessível e um elevador que liga os vários pisos. Poderá descarregar a aplicação Talking Heritage.
