Mr. António Cruz.
António Cruz was born in Furnas, São Miguel, Azores on June 25, 1947. He arrived in the USA in 1972, and has been a
part of this parish community since then. He is very active in the Santo Christo community of faith.
He has participated in many parish ministries, including: church choir, feasts committee, and was the leader of many parish
retreats. Aside from being a founder and active member of our Cattle Raffle Group, he has also been a part of our Mordomia

António is a man of great faith and over the years he has demonstrated a dedication to serving his parish community.
António Cruz is very well known and much appreciated in this parish community, and always extends himself to others in
service. He is exceptionally dedicated to his community of faith and sacramental life. He is truly deserving of the Marian
Medal Award 2017.
