Engineering (CBE)

Based on management, ethical reference and cultural principles, the Casais Busi-ness Engineering underlies actions in all parts of the Organization. Embedded in the outlined Vision and Mission, a business science is rooted - based on Values; Attitudes and Behaviours – arising from the Legacy and Traditions of mastery and the teachings of the past enhanced by the daily practice aiming to serve the Clients and contribute to the creation of better social and economic conditions. A referential which marks the work of Casais, the CBE is the main intangible heritage of the Organization.

Casais (IEC)

Ayant pour base les principes de gestion, de référence ethnique et culturelle, l’Ingénierie Entrepreneuriale Casais sert de ligne directrice à tous les membres de l’Organisation. Basée sur une Vision et une Mission bien définies, une science entrepreneuriale a été constituée – formée par des Valeurs; des Attitudes et des Comportements – elle nait de l’Héritage et des Traditions du savoir-faire et des connaissances du passé et se perfectionne avec la pratique quotidi-enne dans le but de servir les Clients et de contribuer à la création de meilleurs conditions économiques et sociales. L’IEC est le principal patrimoine immatériel de l’Organisation et est une référence dans la qualification du travail de Casais.

History

More than five decades of work guided by knowledge and accuracy are fundamental to cement the prominent position of Casais Engineering and Con-struction in the field of Civil Construc-tion and Public Works in Portugal and determine the success of our projects in the different sectors of infrastructures (special works, public buildings, indus-trial buildings, sports, hotels, residential, institutional, services, social and health). The international challenge started in 1994, puts forward results in Germany, Angola, Algeria, Belgium, Brazil, Spain, France, Gibraltar, the Netherlands, Morocco, Mozambique, Qatar and United Kingdom and is becoming more and more a demand to generate more value and enhance the global business area.

Cinq décennies d’activité marquées par le savoir-faire et la rigueur sont fondamen-tales pour consolider la position privilégiée de Casais Engenharia e Construção dans le secteur du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics au Portugal et pour dicter le succès de nos projets dans les divers secteurs des infrastructures (ouvrages spéciaux, bâtiments publics, industriels, sportifs, hôteliers, d’habitation, institution-nels, de services, sociaux et de santé). Le défi international qui a démarré en 1994, porte ses fruits aujourd’hui en Al-lemagne, Angola, Algérie, Belgique, Brésil, Espagne, France, Gibraltar, Hollande, Maroc, Mozambique, Qatar et Royaume-Uni et se révèle chaque fois plus comme un pari fondamental pour générer plus de valeur et renforcer l’activité globale dans le secteur d’activité.

The expertise which allows to master the process is to the client a guarantee of the highest responsibility of the building contractor. The solutions devel-oped with construction on one side, and the experience of use arising from the services of maintenance, on the other side, shine through as added value in the projects we execute.

Nous investissons dans des partenariats avec des clients, promoteurs, architectes et fournisseurs dans le but d’identifier les meilleurs solutions adaptées à chaque défi, dès la phase de projet jusqu’à la réalisation des travaux.

Le cycle d’activité de Casais est un service complet. Notre spécialité est la

coordination globale des projets basée sur la maitrise et le know how spécialisé de toutes les activités.
