Future developments of the onboarding framework

would be openly communicated, thus another tools for expectation management on what is going to happen during the onboarding period.

Creating good feeling and building networks are the most important objectives of onboarding.

Newcomers need to feel they are appreciated and cared for. These should be the future focus and targets of this professor onboarding process.
