Zoltan HARASZY FIELD AND AWARD DESCRIPTION The aim of the research project is investigation and development, by means of fundamental research, of new facial expression recognition methods and principles. As the results of the research activity we can mention the dissemination of scientific information by means of articles, e.g. YuLi Xue, Xia Mao, C.D. It is important to improve the emotion intelligence of the machine and to implement an affective human-machine communication.

The technology of such connection should be implemented within the project. With the active participation of an educational expert, a complete set of 18 different interactively designed virtual laboratories or remote laboratories will be prepared. 2D barcodes will be scanned using the mobile phone's video camera.

Monitoring their state of health and the analysis of development trends for the biophysical and biochemical parameters represent an essential prevention factor. The project envisages research, design and implementation of a flexible and self-adaptive system for monitoring biological signals. The project will use hardware and software platforms (PDA and MP) with broad applicability that match the application's requirements in terms of computing power and also at their low cost.

Based on intelligent interfaces to be designed, the system will automatically integrate the sensors in 'plug & play' mode and also adapt the communication strategy with the hub/dispatcher to minimize costs and ensure the reliability and availability of the data link . The project objectives also include the development of applications for embedded communication and computer systems (specific objectives 1.6.17 and 1.16.16) that ensure local data processing and transfer to the hospital hub. The theoretical development of the architecture and the organization of the systems for intelligent sensor networks (wired or wireless) are aimed at, as well as the practical implementation and testing of the mobile monitoring system carried by the patient.

The project will create the conditions for radically improved material bases necessary for the monitoring of the most important biological parameters of the patient in the ambulatory which will increase the efficiency of the medical art, especially prevention, reduce the cost of medical assistance and the experimental base will expand. , much needed in the field. Also the formative component, especially by integrating young researchers in a field with real prospects, contributes to the relevance of the project. Analysis of the current global developments in the field of ambulatory monitoring of biological parameters obtained signals from processing techniques and methods, instrumentation and dedicated sensors.

Emphasis will be placed on advanced signal processing techniques for the prevention or early detection of the deterioration of the patient's health status; Development of acquisition, processing, analysis, storage/archiving, alerting and communication MCE programs with the hub for the acquired signals; Training young researchers, disseminating results and increasing the visibility of teams to attract new partners and create access conditions for European funds;

It is envisaged that these will function financially autonomously, allowing the proposed system to be updated on a permanent basis.

Analysis of the risk factors in the development of the international technology transfers, especially at the level of small and medium enterprises in Romania. Realization of new models for technology transfer processes within international know-how management, according to the specific Romanian conditions (business intelligence). Re-engineering the processes related to intellectual property rights, with the aim of involving the universities as main actors in the field.

COMPATIBILITY – I.M.C.E.M

Research on the use of new energy sources and quality of the environment is currently developing at a high rate in the European Union. The main goal of the project is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the integration of various PV elements in buildings, to test and publicize it so that it can be used on a large scale. The winner was Fraunhofer AG, Germany, and the results of the evaluation were published.
