The more human capital an individual has, the more opportunities he/she sees for it. This paper focuses on understanding human capital interaction and its causal relationships between learners and educators. The first part introduces the core research objective and problem statement regarding human capital interaction between students and teachers.

NSU and UrFU's learning and teaching approaches focus on creativity, lifelong learning and experiences.
Conclusion
Quizzes, group studies, classroom collaboration, homework, presentations, tests, midterm and final exams, thesis writing, scientific research activities, article writing, conferences and practical internship knowledge enhance students' learning process. Aspirants engage in vicarious learning to learn about others' scientific research activities, their achievements, implementation procedures, time management, progress in research activities, and so on. The corresponding author of this article has realized that the teaching profession is becoming an art where teachers are sometimes weak to achieve great success while delivering modules for the benefit of schools, colleges, universities and training centers.
