Statistical methods were used to identify significant factors of crowdfunding success. The author has built two predictive models based on the machine learning algorithm. The tools used are fully consistent with the objectives of the study.
Для выявления значимых факторов успеха краудфандинга были использованы статистические методы.
Автор построила две предсказательные модели, основанные на алгоритме машинного обучения.
Использованный инструментарий полностью соответствует задачам исследования.
Quality of data gathering and description.
The study is based on a huge amount of data. Obtaining this data was not an easy task in itself. There is no doubt that the data used is correct.Исследование опирается на огромный объем данных.
Получение этих данных само по себе являлось непростой задачей. Сомнений в корректности использованных данных нет.
Scientific aspect of the thesis.
This work is the first study of crowdfunding projects in Russia. Following similar econometric studies in developed countries, the author nevertheless used a different set of factors and a different econometric model. The scientific novelty of the work consists in an interdisciplinary approach to the selection of factors that determine the success of crowdfunding.
Данная работа является первым исследованием краудфандинговых проектов в России. Следуя аналогичным эконометрическим исследованиям, проведенным на эту тему в развитых странах, автор, тем не менее, использовала иной набор факторов и иную эконометрическую модель. Научная новизна работы заключается в междисциплинарном подходе к выбору факторов, определяющих успех краудфандинга.
Practical/applied nature of research. .
The practical significance of the work is the construction of predictive models that allow to evaluate the progress of the project (the probability of its success) during the fundraising.
Практическая значимость работы заключается в построении предсказательных моделей, которые позволяют оценивать прогресс проекта (вероятность успеха) во время сбора денег.
