Relativamente ao impulsionamento e divulgação que as redes sociais possuem e se estas são facilitadoras na atração de candidatos, foi possível verificar que todos os entrevistados têm a mesma opinião nesta situação, o que nos remete para a questão das gerações. Todas as gerações têm pontos de vista diferentes quanto ao mercado de trabalho no entanto, é necessário todos adpatarem-se ao mesmo. Isto, não invalida que outros métodos não possam ser utilizados, mas atualmente podemos afirmar que as redes sociais são o maior impulsionador e divulgador que as empresas podem ter.

No entanto, os valores deverão estar sempre alinhados com a estratégia da empresa para que o produto final seja ainda mais positivo e os candidatos possam sentir do outro lado, o que a empresa pretende transmitir efetivamente com a sua mensagem. Esta deve conter informação que seja real, clara e adequada ao público que pretendem captar de forma a construir relações, partilhar conteúdo e gerar interações.

No que concerne à relação entre as redes sociais e o employer branding, foi possível concluir que é muito importante a conexão com o público sobretudo quando existem redes sociais e nas quais, qualquer utilizador pode publicar a sua opinião. Por isso, é muito importante que a mensagem que pretendem transmitir chegue ao público-alvo da forma mais correta, cuidadosa, assertiva e explicita possível. Foi ainda reforçado pelos entrevistados que as redes sociais são um facilitador na divulgação da marca empregadora da empresa e isto advém das novas gerações que estão no mercado de trabalho e das restantes que se tiveram de adaptar. Podemos ainda concluir que, as empresas podem utilizar estrategicamente as redes sociais de forma a conseguirem obter os melhores colaboradores e consequentemente os melhores resultados.

Em suma, as redes sociais são essenciais no employer branding visto que existe uma adaptação constante por parte das mesmas ao mercado de trabalho e é necessário que esta adaptação aconteça sistematicamente. Isto porque, as gerações no mercado de trabalho estão sempre em mudança e o que torna uma marca empregadora forte é a forma como se diferencia das restantes. Com isto, é importante compreender na nossa sociedade o ponto-chave para alcançar os colaboradores e candidatos pretendidos e por isso, podemos concluir que as redes sociais são uma fonte essencial para obter este sucesso.

Como limitação reconhece-se o facto da amostra utilizada ser reduzida, tornando-se complicado fazer uma generalização dos resultados e conclusões obtidas. Por isso, sugere-se para estudos futuros através destas questões ou questões relacionadas com este tema, investiguem as mesmas num grupo mais alargado de indivíduos.
