7 CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS

I. Dos indivíduos envolvidos no estudo, a maioria eram do gênero masculino, da cor branca e média de idade de 35 anos.

II. Pacientes de ambos os grupos apresentaram proteinúria nefrótica, sem diferença dos níveis de albumina sérica, porém pacientes com DLM apresentaram maior taxa de filtração glomerular estimada.

III. A densidade de podócitos imunomarcados por WT1 não variou entre as podocitopatias.

IV. Pacientes com GESF apresentaram redução funcional dos podócitos, representado pelo apagamento dos pedicelos.

V. O processo de autofagia podocitária esteve mais evidente nos casos de DLM. VI. Pacientes de ambos os grupos apresentaram podócitos em apoptose.

VII. Pacientes com GESF apresentaram mais podócitos com evidências de necrose, inclusive com lise de membrana.

VIII. A largura média do pedicelo se correlacionou de forma positiva com a proteinúria em casos de GESF, confirmando a redução funcional dos podócitos nos pacientes com GESF.

IX. A densidade de podócitos em autofagia, representados pela imunomarcação de LC3, se correlacionou de forma positiva com a taxa de filtração glomerular estimada.

8 CONCLUSÃO

Podócitos de pacientes com GESF apresentam menos adaptações celulares e mais alterações morfológicas e funcionais e essas alterações podem estar relacionadas com mecanismos de morte celular necrose e por apoptose independente de caspase 3.
