Os resultados apresentados na Figura 47 representam a perda de volume dos discos e pinos com a carga aplicada 10 kgf, respectivamente (a) e (b), logo depois discos e pinos, agora com a carga de 20 kgf, respectivamente (c) e (d) são observados.

7. CONCLUSÕES
Os resultados obtidos no presente trabalho permitem concluir que:
1. Surpreendentemente o efeito do pino de alumino gerando desgaste do disco foi maior que a liga de aço Ph, sendo o alumínio um material com maior facilidade de se deformar plasticamente, diminuindo seu poder de atrito; já a liga de titânio por possuir uma maior dureza gerou a maior perda de volume nos discos.
2. O uso da liga de Ti em contato com detritos de sua própria liga pode gerar mudanças na estrutura do mesmo, pois ocorre uma afinidade química entre ambos.
3. Notou-se também grande influencia de desgaste em função do aumento da carga e aumento da temperatura, pois se tratando de CMP ambos reforçados com carbono, em certas cargas e temperaturas o carbono passa a ter cada vez mais o efeito lubrificante.
4. Em um dos ensaios trabalhamos com o pino de Al a uma temperatura gerada pelo forno de 100°C, e com certeza superior a mesma devido ao calor gerado pelo atrito, podendo dizer por se tratar do pino ser da liga de Al e trabalhando a essa temperatura de ocorreu um tratamento térmico na liga de Al sendo o mesmo sucedido a mudanças em sua estrutura.
Através dos resultados encontrados verificamos que os mesmos indicam que o pior par (disco / pino) a ser utilizado é o CMP de PPS e o material metálico a liga de Ti, e o de melhor aproveitamento é o CMP de EPX com a liga de aço Ph, ambos em relação a perda de volume.
8. SUGESTÕES PARA FUTUROS TRABALHOS
Com a análise das partículas de todos os materiais ensaiados podemos ter uma melhor conclusão do tipo de desgaste ensaiado e o grau de severidade.
Por esse motivo não podemos concluir em nosso trabalho, principalmente se o PPS-C poderá ou não substituir o Epóxi-C, ou se a ensaio abrasivo é realmente um teste bom para ser aplicado em tais materiais compostos.
