Medir a distância da face da tampa até o alojamento da pista externa do rolamento do eixo primário.
Adicionar a esta medida a espessura da junta.

Measure distance from the centering cover face to the outer race of the input shaft bearing location.
Add to this measurement the thickness of the gasket.
Após a montagem da bomba apertar os parafusos com 6,0Nm.
After installing the pump tighten the screws with 6,0Nm.

Medir a distância da face do rolamento até a face da carcaça. Subtrair A-B.
O valor encontrado será o valor do calço.
O calço a ser utilizado poderá ser até 0,10mm menor que o valor encontrado.
Selecionar o calço que proporcione a menor folga possível.

Measure distance from the bearing face to the housing face. Substract A-B.
The value obtained will be the shim value.
The shim to be used can be up to 0,10 mm less than the value obtained.
Select the shim with the least axial clearance if possible.
Montar a tampa de centragem na carcaça.

Antes da montagem, posicionar o canal da engrenageminterna da bomba na direção do canal livre da tampa da mesma, para permitir a passagem do pino de arraste (vide desmontagem).
Apertar os parafusos com 49Nm.

Note: Before disassembling it, position the inner gear channel of the pump in the direction of its cover free channel, to allow the passage of the detent pin (See Disassembly). Tighten the screws with 49Nm.
Montar arruela de encosto do rolamento do eixo secundário com o chanfro voltado para fora.
Montar a engrenagem solar aquecida a 120ºC.
Montar a arruela de encosto com tubo de lubrificação e apertar os parafusos com 49Nm, travando-os em seguida com arame.
Install the thrust washer of the main shaft bearing with the chamfer faced outside.
Install the sun gear heated to 120°C.
Install the thrust washer with the lubricating pipe and tighten the screws to a torque of 49 Nm, afterwards, lock them with wire.

Posicionar os pinos de retenção com as molas nos alojamentos.

Position the retaining pin with the springs in the locations.

Posicionar na carcaça o posicionador com as molas e os pinos de retenção.
Position in the housing the detent segment with the springs and the detent segment.
Posicionar as peças de bloqueio e as linguetas de arraste, ob- servando a sequência numérica.
Position the interlock parts and driver. Pay attention to the numerical order.
Comprimir os pinos de retenção e travá-los com 2 pinos de
diâmetro de 5mm.
Press the retaining pins and lock them with 2 pins of 5mm.
Montar no eixo de engate o anel-trava, a arruela de encosto, os rolos e introduzi-la na carcaça, passando pelas peças já posicionadas, observando que o furo cego (indicado pela seta) fique orientado para cima.
Place the locking ring, thrust washer and the rollers on the selector shaft. After that insert them into the housing. Pay attention to the blind bores which must be faced upwards (see arrow).
Pressionar o posicionador com uma alavanca, colocar o para- fuso de fixação e apertá-lo com 50 Nm.
Em seguida travá-lo com a porca.
Press the detent plunger with a lever, place the fixing screw and tighten it to a torque of 50Nm.
Afterwards lock it with a nut.
Montar no eixo de engate o anel-trava na ranhura interna, a bucha-guia, uma arruela lisa maior, a mola interna, o anel de encosto e o outro anel-trava na ranhura externa.
Fit on the gearshift shaft the locking ring into the inner groove, the guide bush, a bigger washer, the inner spring, the thrust washer and the other locking ring into the outer groove.
Montar a mola externa, arruela lisa grande, arruela de encosto e o segmento de arraste, travando-o com o parafuso "Allen" e a contraporca.
Place the outer spring, big washer, thrust washer and the driving pin, by locking it with na “Allen” screw and the lock- nut.
Montar em seus alojamentos os pinos de retenção com as molas.
Montar o pino retém de seleção de marcha a ré no local con- forme a seta.
Em seguida montar as três molas do pino da ré, os apoios e as molas dos pinos de retenção, nova junta, tampa com parafu- sos e apertá-los com 25 Nm.
Fit the stop pin of the gear shift selection (see arrow). After that place the three springs of the reverse bolt, the
supports, the stop pin springs, new gasket and the cover with the screws. Tighten them to 25 Nm.
Montar novos retentores na tampa lateral, preenchendo o es- paço entre eles com graxa.
Montar todas as tampas com juntas novas, a válvula de acionamento do GP com o novo anel de vedação e apertar todos os parafusos com 25 Nm.
Place new shafts seals on the side cover and fill the existing space between them with grease.
Fit all the covers with new gaskets, GP input valve with new sealing ring and tighten all the screws to 25 Nm.
Montar a alavanca de engate no eixo, alinhar os furos e intro- duzir novos pinos elásticos.
Install the gearshift lever on the shaft, align the bores and insert new tension pins.
