Propagar os resultados da presente pesquisa para possibilitar a aplicação em
estações de piscicultura e possibilitar o repovoamento de locais onde as populações de P.
brevis encontram-se vulneráveis.
Avaliar parâmetros além da cinética, morfologia e integridade de membrana
pós-resfriamento e pós-congelação, como tempo de motilidade, integridade de DNA e taxa de
fertilização, com finalidade de compreender os fatores que podem interferir na fertilização do
sêmen resfriado e congelado da espécie.
Avaliar o uso do ACP-104 em outras biotécnicas de conservação seminal da
espécie, como a vitrificação.
