6.2 RECOMENDAÇÕES DE TRABALHOS FUTUROS

Foi identificada a oportunidade de pesquisar mais profundamente a importância do Projeto de Mudança Organizacional, suas adaptações as organizações, maneiras de mitigar as suas resistências e de melhor engajamento ao projeto. Possibilitando melhor aplicação e formatação de um PMO mais atuante, trazendo para a organização melhores benfeitorias e resultados. Dado que a aplicação do PMO relatado neste estudo enfrentou obstáculos que influenciaram no seu resultado final, bem na manutenção da nova cultura.

É possível concluir que haverá avanços na nova cultura implantada, fazendo com que a organização avance em competitividade no mercado do Rio de Janeiro, operando de forma diferenciada e inovadora, visto a importância que as mudanças proporcionaram em sua organização e estratégia. Ainda vale dizer, que a reestruturação trará ainda mais resultados positivos a médio e curto prazo, como na qualidade dos serviços, atendimento ao cliente e maior satisfação dos colaboradores. Para o PAMO (Plano Auxiliar de Implantação da Mudança Organizacional), cabe dizer que o mesmo mitigará as resistências encontradas e os conflitos internos e melhorará o relacionamento com clientes.

Com isso é certo afirmar que haverá uma diminuição do tempo de implantação do projeto, menor desgaste e melhor engajamento por parte dos colaboradores.

Outro fator importante é o tocante a manutenção da nova cultura, que com o prolongamento do PMO em um segundo ciclo tornará essa tarefa mais fácil e melhor monitorada. Com isso evitar-se-á perdas significativas de esforços para a mudança

e novos desgastes. Sendo assim, cabe afirmar que as propostas do PAMO, apresentadas neste estudo de caso, tornam a implantação de uma nova cultura organizacional mais eficaz e eficiente.

Desta forma, como sugestão fica a necessidade e se ter mais estudos sobre a resistência a mudanças e maneiras mais eficazes de mitigá-las e também de se dar continuidade ao estudo da Mudança Organizacional nesta organização, aprofundando nas revisões dos processos internos, buscando novos modelos de implantação da mudança organizacional, bem como novas formas de fazê-lo, trazendo melhorias mais significativas, com maior incremento ao PMO.
