Safety Precautions

To prevent leakage and electric shock due to ingress of water or insects, fill the wiring through hole with putty. Do not wash the remote control with water, as this may result in electric shock or fire. Install the indoor and outdoor units, power cord and connecting wires at least 1 meter away from televisions or radios to prevent interference and noise.

Electromagnetic radiation may disrupt the operation of the control system and result in poor operation of the unit. Where flammable gas may leak, where carbon fibers or flammable dust suspensions are present in the air or where volatile flammable substances such as paint thinner or petrol are handled. If water enters the remote control, it may cause an electric shock and may malfunction the internal electronics.

Which is not affected by the outside air or drafts, for example by opening/closing doors, the air outlet of the indoor unit or the like.

Remote controller installation procedure
