Abstract
Aim: in All field of education survey of student satisfaction viewpoint has important role in motivate them to study and improve the quality of teaching is effective. One of University educational services, is internet Registration. This study with thisaim, done to assess the UrmiaMedical Science University Students satisfaction of register online Methods: this descriptive study performed by sectional method with Stratified sampling at Urmia University of Medical Sciences, School of Medicine and Public Health. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using spss statistical software.
Findings: In this study, the satisfaction of 121 students (72.72% female and 28.28% male) were examined, it was determined that 92.2 percent willing to register online and 80.3 percent were registration process were satisfied. Also, 54.1 percent of the students have suggested that facilities applications in the university, including a computer and internet were average. Many of the students had trouble with controlling the prerequisite and replenishment.
Conclusion: The data showed that students werecontent with online registration and more willing to promote it. Therefore, it is suggested to increase the educational opportunities available, including computers and the Internet to improve the quality of educational services and the satisfaction of the students provided.

INTRODUCTION
The University of Medical Sciences responsible for training human expert and committed to solving the health needs of the people. In this way, students have an important role in university achieving of lofty goals in the Increase safety of human life (1).therefor Information about the services of management strategies is essential (2). Which requires Identification Issues in Educational process and Then Resolution and Correction, and finally achieve the goal of improved instruction and training of skilled personnel to provide high quality medical services (3). factors determines the attitude to the work. Therefore, determining the level of satisfaction in each field will help to resolve problems and defects (8). This is because of students conditions such as circumstances age, mental and see things from a different angle of view that may be unfamiliar to the university authorities. in line for this attitude toward the problems seem to be aware of the views of students and provide student satisfaction (9). Education and Educational services of student Registration and course selection beginsare theEffective factors in facilitating the academic process and could be effective in first training registration (10). The effective factors in student satisfaction with the registration process should be considered
(11). Few studies have been conducted on students' satisfaction with online registration. In one study that performed byMirmohammadi and colleagues fromyazdUniversity of Medical Sciences,results concluded that the majority of students were satisfied with the registration process but did not consent to online register (6). In another study in the Technical University of Kurtyn on students' satisfaction with the services evaluated. overall data shown that 75% of students satisfices,and satisfaction with the services of registration (70%) of library and information unit was 75% (12). also Hassonin Sadlbk college investigate the students' satisfaction and concluded that 78% of college students in general contentment and satisfaction from educational services (70%), from university facilities were 66%, library resources 72%, were reported (13). Most studies shown the importance and impact of the Internet on various aspects of the student's progress (11), This study aimed to assess the satisfaction among students from Urmia University of Medical Science of online Registrations.
METHODS
In this cross-sectional descriptive study which was conducted in Urmia University of Medical Sciences, study population selected, from 121
students of paraMedicine and Public Health faculty , Urmia University of Medical Sciences (the sampling rate) that were enrolled in the first semester of the academic year 2012-2013. Data collection, analysis and distribution of individual experts to justify the validity of each school through a questionnaire that measured in this study was conducted. The questionnaire consisted of three questions related to the individual and contextual factors in the enrollment of students and the Internet (6 items) And satisfaction of the registration process and selection (6 items), which is the optimal scale of 3 degrees, relatively favorable and unfavorable grading scale from 1 to 3 were presented.
RESULTS

used the Internet registration from outside the university that 52.1% of them had to spend 5 to 10 minutes to register. 35.3 percent of study subjects states that the University facilities, including a computer and internet were low, 54.1 percent states medium, and 10.6 percentstateshigh average levels.

DISCUSSION& CONCLUSION
Evaluation of students' satisfaction with the facilities and academic registration services offered the identification of problems and obstacles, that is indicative of the efficiency of these centers, It must therefore be examined at various intervals to fix the flaws and shortcomings of each of the specified upgrade the system performance (14).According to the results, the number of Internet registration method (first semester of the academic year 2012-13) at the Urmia University of Medical Sciences was high (92.2 percent).our study at the urmiaUniversity of Medical Sciences in relation to student satisfaction with online registration was performed, the number of registrants by Internet during the first semester of the academic in 1998 year were very low (10.8%), respectively (6). In this study, results showed that 16.4% of the students sign up for the lack of easy access to the registration knew, while 16.4% of students were not familiar with the Internet registration but Mirmohammadi study, reported that 69.6% of students do not have easy access registration.Although should be aware of the this causes that 20% of study subjects were not familiar with the Internet (6) that this number is much higher than the results presented in our study. Also, satisfaction level among students for university facilities, including a computer and the Internet in 35.3 percent of study subjects were low, in 10.6 percent states high and 54.1 percent say it average. Indeed, the study stated that user's dissatisfaction expressed about the site facilities (7). So at this university educational facilities, including computer and Internet facilities are available and sufficient to increase student satisfaction and quality of services provided online registration at the university, is essential.
