CD14.R18

APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 1964

THE 14th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

RESOLVES

1. To appropriate for the financial year 1954 an amount of $6,560,000, as follows:

3. [To approve] that amounts not exceeding the appropriations noted under paragraph 1 be

[made] available for the payment of obligations, in accordance with the Financial Regulations of the

Organization, incurred during the period 1 January to 31 December 1964, inclusive.

4. [To authorize] the Director to transfer credits between parts of the budget, provided that such

transfers of credits between parts do not exceed 10 per cent of the part from which the credit is

transferred. Transfers of credits between parts of the budget in excess of 10 per cent may be made

with the concurrence of the Executive Committee. All transfers of budget credits shall be reported

to the Directing Council.
