Nessa alternativa, o general chair pode fazer a atribuição dos papers utilizando uma abordagem em lote; ou seja, fazendo a carga de um arquivo com a atribuição dos papers. O cenário exemplificado abaixo corresponde a um produto configurado com essa alternativa de atribuição de papers (nome da feature = Bulk Assignement). Os passos em destaque são associados a esse comportamento.
Scenario 03 Assign papers to reviewers
Scenario Description: This scenario allows the general chair to start the process of assigning papers to the
members of the program committee. This scenario is configured according to the paper distribution process, which might be based on the explicit preferences of the member, by an inference rule engine, or by the upload of the distribution assignment data.

1 The general chair selects the Assign
Papers to Reviewers option in the

The system retrieves and shows the list of submitted papers. The number of reviewers assign to each paper is shown to the general chair.

download. 3 The general chair uploads the file with
the assignment distribution. The system verifies that the uploaded file is syntactically correct.
4 - The system updates the assignment of papers
to reviewers, according to the data present in the uploaded file.

Distribution of Papers option. The system verifies that all papers have been assigned to at least three reviewers and that each reviewer have been assigned to a uniformly distribution of papers. available in products that do not require extended data (such as abstract of conflicts). Before starting this scenario, an author must download and fill the electronic form to be uploaded together with the version of the paper.

3 The main author uploads the requested files.

submission and sends a message to the paper's authors.
6 - The system retrieves the members of the
program committee that are interested in the paper’s related topics.
7 - For each retrieved member of the program
committee, the system sends a message with the paper abstract.

Esse comportamento opcional é iniciado no momento em que a distribuição de artigos para revisores é concluída, criando listas de discussão envolvendo os revisores de cada paper. O comportamento associado é descrito nos fluxos abaixo, alterados pela inclusão desta feature opcional (Forum). Note que, conforme descrito nos
cenários a seguir, essa feature requer atualização em todos os cenários que permitem a distribuição de papers para os revisores (seja essa distribuição automática ou não). O cenário exemplificado

The system assigns the paper to the selected reviewer. The process may be repeated until the general chair selects the option check distribution of papers.
4 The general chair selects the Check
