In the article entitled “Evaluation of parasitological examination, kDNA polymerase chain reaction and rK39-based immunochromatography for the diagnosis of visceral leishmaniasis in seropositive dogs from the screening-culling program in Brazil” by Regina-Silva S, et al. (Rev Soc Bras Med Trop 2014; 47(4):462-468), there are 2 errors in Table 1. The second line of the third column should read as “negative” instead of “positive.” Further, the second line of the fourth column should read as “positive” instead of “negative.”
