2019 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Information Processing and Cloud Computing (AIIPCC 2019) will held in Sanya, China, December 19-21, 2019. This conference is an annual forum for worldwide experts, academicians, engineers and researchers to share their new findings in related issues, explore future study direction and also promote global collaboration.

The proceedings of this conference include 78 accepted contributions selected from 211 submissions.

We would like to express our great thanks to the reviewers of these manuscripts, who provided rational, constructive comments & suggestions to the authors.

Also appreciation to the authors for their valuable contributions and to the attendees for their active participation.
