1.2. Limitações na Investigação e futura investigação

A realização desta investigação foi restrita ao espaço de tempo disponível para a realização da mesma, atendendo à disponibilidade dos utilizadores que se prontificaram a realizar as narrativas, e focada nos actores utilizadores e biblioteca, sendo essa a principal razão pela qual não foram recolhidas mais histórias.

É ainda importante salientar a necessidade de flexibilização de horários para a reunião com a Biblioteca do ISCTE-IUL, para o confronto das ideias retidas perante as histórias dos utilizadores e para a percepção do ponto de vista da biblioteca relativamente ao serviço prestado.

Das limitações verificadas consideram-se possíveis propostas para uma futura investigação. Dentro destas, a que se considera mais premente é a de estender a abordagem a todo o processo de aprendizagem, o que envolve como relação fundamental a interacção professor-aluno.
