9.6 PROPOSTAS DE ESTUDOS FUTUROS SIMILARES

De todo o exposto, parece ser possível propor, a título de contribuição para os interessados sobre a importância da Inovação no bojo de organizações públicas, em especial de pesquisas sobre o relacionamento dos processos de acumulação de capacidades tecnológicas e os processos de aprendizagem subjacentes como vetor de melhoria de órgãos e entidades de governo, linhas de estudos futuros voltadas a:

i) verificar se permanecem presentes as conquistas da STN diante de novos contextos políticos, avaliando se os processos de acumulação de capacidades tecnológicas continuam evoluindo ou se estagnaram;

ii) obter indicadores de desempenho operacional relacionados ao acúmulo de capacidades tecnológicas no âmbito da STN, de modo a estabelecer relações entre o processo de acumulação e a performance da Secretaria;

iii) desenvolver estudo similar em outros órgãos ou entidades do governo federal, de modo a expandir e testar a aplicabilidade da estrutura analítica ora adaptada; iv) analisar os fatores que contribuem ou que prejudicam o fomento de práticas

inovadoras no Brasil, de modo a propor incentivos e reformas; e

v) identificar estudos similares em outros países, de modo a estabelecer eventuais bases para comparação.
