Com o conhecimento adquirido ao longo deste trabalho, oportunidades de trabalhos futuros também foram observadas, que serão apresentados a seguir:

1. Estudos específicos podem ser realizados, focando apenas em gerar alterações no modelo de negócio atual, valendo-se de ações estratégicas, bem como, trabalhos que explorem a criação de modelos de negócios novos em um ambiente de exploração, também serão importantes.

2. Estudos que explorem a aplicação da sistemática proposta em organizações com carac- terísticas diferentes do contexto empreendedor apresentado. Evidentemente, fora deste contexto podem ser encontradas barreiras como inércia organizacional e superação da lógica atual do modelo de negócios. Neste sentido, pode ser analisado de que forma tais barreiras impedem o desenvolvimento do procedimento.

e scrum. Tal fato pode auxiliar empresas a se adaptarem mais facilmente ao contexto de inovações em modelos de negócio, por simplesmente estarem integrados já sendo utilizados nas mesmas. Mesmo assim, seria interessante realizar estudos que propusessem outras abordagens a serem integradas à sistemática proposta. Como exemplo, seria possível integrar outros métodos de gestão de desempenho, ou outros métodos de gestão de projetos.
