Configuring your Twist 129 telephone

Using the alphanumerical keypad

Press if the handset is not placed on the base (if the handset is on the base, see function 6-7 Automatic answer). The handset from which the call is coming (eg "CALL FROM 2") and the icon will flash on the screen. When you receive a call, the handset will not ring, but the incoming call will be displayed on the screen.

At the end of the call, the call duration remains displayed on the screen for 5 seconds. Press to delete the displayed name character by character, then use the keys on the alphanumeric keyboard to edit. Use the and keys to select the number you want to save in the phonebook.

Use the and keys to select the number (or name) you want to delete from the redial list. Note: When you access a base setting, the device will always ask you for the base's PIN code ("PIN?" is displayed on the screen).

HANDSET SETTINGS

You can use the same ringtone for an external or internal call, but we suggest using a different tone to identify where the call is coming from. a) Selecting the ringtone for an internal call. You can adjust the ringer volume for an external call or an internal call in 5 levels (1 to 5) or OFF.
