RESOLUTION

CD11.R4

AMENDMENTS TO THE STAFF RULES AND REGULATIONS OF

THE PASB

THE 11st DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having studied Document CE37/6 relating to amendments to the Staff Rules and Staff Regulations

of the Pan American Sanitary Bureau;

Considering the recommendation made by the Executive Committee at its 37th Meeting, in

Resolution VII;

Acting pursuant to Articles 12.1 and 12.2 of the Staff Regulations.

RESOLVES

1. To approve the amendments to Articles 3.2, 3.3, and 6.2 of the Staff Regulations of the Pan

American Sanitary Bureau as presented in Document CE37/6, Annex I.

2. To take note of the amendments by the Executive Committee at its 37th Meeting, which

appear in Document CE37/6 Annex II.
