As instituições nomeadas abaixo concordam em cooperar para intercâmbio de estudantes e/ou de pessoal no contexto do Programa Erasmus+. Elas se comprometem a respeitar os requisitos de qualidade do Estatuto Erasmus para Ensino Superior em todos os aspectos da organização e gestão de mobilidade, em particular, o reconhecimento dos créditos (ou equivalente) atribuídos aos estudantes pela instituição parceira. As instituições também se comprometem a gestão sólida e transparente dos fundos alocados a elas por meio do Erasmus+.

A IES estabelecida em um País Parceiro do Erasmus+ deve respeitar o seguinte conjunto de princípios e requisitos:

_{Respeitar completamente os princípios de não-discriminação e promover e} assegurar acesso igualitário de oportunidades aos participantes de mobilidade de todos as origens e, em particular, grupos desfavorecidos e vulneráveis.

_{Empregar um processo seletivo justo, transparente e documentado, assegurando} igualdade de oportunidades aos participantes elegíveis para mobilidade.

_Assegurar _{reconhecimento} _para _atividades _da _mobilidade _estudantil satisfatoriamente finalizadas e, quando possível, estágios aos estudantes em mobilidade.

Isentar os estudantes recebidos, em caso de mobilidade de crédito, de taxas de mensalidade, matrícula, exames e acesso a laboratórios e bibliotecas. Não obstante, podem ser cobradas de estudantes pequenas taxas, segundo os mesmos princípios estabelecidos para estudantes locais, para despesas como seguro, uniões estudantis e o uso de materiais diversos.

Antes da mobilidade

Prover informação sobre os cursos (conteúdo, nível, âmbito, idioma) previamente ao período de mobilidade, de modo a que seja transparente para todas as partes e permita que os estudantes em mobilidade façam escolhas bem informadas sobre os cursos dos quais participarão.

_{Assegurar que estudantes que realizarão mobilidade estão bem preparados para o} processo, incluindo obtenção de nível necessário de proficiência linguística.

E. Requisitos adicionais

UNIVERSIDADE DE MÚRCIA

A _Universidade da Múrcia adaptou suas instalações para permitir acesso a participantes com deficiências. O Serviço de Atenção à Diversidade e Voluntariado-ADyV (Servicio de Atención a la Diversidad y Voluntariado, <http://www.um.es/adyv/>) provê orientação e assistência a estudantes com deficiências e necessidades especiais. Alguns dos serviços oferecidos incluem: acesso a computadores adaptados, apoio técnico, apoio acadêmico e assistência psicológica. Estudantes e pessoal recebido que necessitem atendimento especial devem informar ao Escritório de Relações Internacionais (erasmusmi@um.es) durante o processo de candidatura.

UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE LAVRAS

LAVRAS: De acordo com as diretrizes do e-MAG (Modelo de Acessibilidade do Governo Eletrônico), em conformidade com o Decreto 5.296, de 24.12.2004. A UFLA garante acessibilidade e inclusão de pessoas com deficiência. O termo acessibilidade significa incluir a pessoa com deficiência na participação em atividades como o uso de produtos, serviços e informações. Alguns exemplos são edifícios com rampas para acesso de cadeira de rodas e banheiros adaptados para deficientes.

Com isso, a UFLA possui uma Coordenação de Acessibilidade que visa: Garantir a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência e / ou com necessidades educacionais especiais na vida acadêmica da UFLA, eliminando barreiras pedagógicas, arquitetônicas, 9

programáticas, atitudinais e de comunicação e informação, promovendo o cumprimento das normas legais, requisitos de acessibilidade.

Consolida a Política Nacional de Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva a transversalidade da educação especial no ensino superior, por meio de ações que promovam acesso, permanência e participação dos alunos em todos os espaços acadêmicos da UFLA. Além disso, existem as seguintes ações destinadas à acessibilidade: Centro de Acessibilidade - NAUFLA; Programa de Apoio a Alunos com Necessidades Educacionais Especiais - PADNEE; e Programa de Acessibilidade Linguística e

F. Calendário

1. Candidaturas/informações sobre estudantes nomeados devem chegar à instituição de destino até:

conjunto, como descrito na Cláusula H.

2. A instituição de destino enviará sua decisão em até três semanas.

3. O registro acadêmico será emitido pela instituição de destino passadas não mais que cinco semanas após o fim do prazo de avaliação na IES de destino. [O processo normalmente não deverá exceder cinco semanas de acordo com o Estatuto Erasmus para Diretrizes de Ensino Superior]

4. Término/rescisão do acordo

O Acordo Interinstitucional pode ser emendado por acordo mútuo e pode ser finalizado por qualquer das partes. Em caso de término unilateral, uma notificação deve ser realizada com no mínimo 60 dias de antecedência, que comunique à outra parte suas intenções, assegurando benefícios e vantagens previamente garantidas e encarregando-se, durante o prazo respectivo, das responsabilidades das obrigações assumidas durante o prazo respectivo. O incumprimento de qualquer das provisões aqui contidas é considerado razão para término deste Acordo de Cooperação Acadêmica Internacional. A Comissão Europeia e as agências nacionais não poderão ser responsabilizadas em caso de conflito.

Se as vagas não forem ocupadas ao final da primeira chamada de candidaturas, uma segunda e terceira chamadas serão publicadas, até que todas as vagas sejam ocupadas.

*Refere-se ao nível de proficiência no idioma de instrução acima do nível mínimo requerido pela universidade de destino, sendo o mínimo: B1 aos estudantes e pessoal administrativo e; B2 ao pessoal docente.

J. Subsídios

• Subsídio mensal para estudantes

Subsídios mensais serão transferidos aos estudantes pelo coordenador do projeto por meio de transferência bancária: 70% do valor total no início da mobilidade e 30% no final da mobilidade.

O estudante receberá o primeiro pagamento três semanas depois de sua chegada em Múrcia, após abrir uma conta bancária na Espanha. O estudante precisa assegurar-se de que possui um valor suficiente para arcar, por conta própria, com os custos de vida no primeiro mês.

• Subvenção de viagem para estudantes

Cada estudante receberá uma única subvenção de viagem no valor de EUR 1.500. Esta quantia será transferida para a conta bancária do estudante na Espanha no começo do período de mobilidade.

• Subsídio diário para pessoal docente e administrativo

Cada docente/funcionário administrativo receberá uma única subvenção de viagem no valor de EUR 1.500.

O coordenador do projeto pagará a subvenção de viagem e as diárias ao participante no começo da mobilidade por meio de cheque bancário.

K. Apoio organizacional

A universidade parceira receberá o valor de EUR 100 por cada participante recebido e EUR 50 por cada participante enviado, como uma contribuição ao suporte organizacional. O valor total será transferido à instituição parceira ao final do projeto de mobilidade mediante aceitação do relatório final pela Agência Espanhola Erasmus, e não antes de outubro de 2023.

L. Propriedade Intelectual

Qualquer invenção, melhoria ou inovação tecnológica, obtenção de um produto ou processo, incluindo o direito de exploração econômica de trabalho literário ou científico decorrentes de ações realizadas durante este Acordo estarão sujeitas a um instrumento específico, observando em qualquer caso, a legislação aplicável.

M. Jurisdição

A fim de resolver possíveis questões decorrentes da performance e interpretação deste Acordo, as partes farão o que estiver ao alcance para chegarem a uma solução consensual. Se não for possível, as partes deverão designar, em comum acordo, uma terceira parte, pessoa singular especialista em soluções amigáveis de disputas internacionais, para mediar e resolver as questões baseando-se na legislação de ambos os países envolvidos. As partes concordam que o local do evento em disputa ou, em casos em que há obrigação a ser cumprida, o local de cumprimento, define a lei aplicável e a corte competente.

[Minimum requirements]4

The institutions named below agree to cooperate for the exchange of students and/or staff in the context of the Erasmus+ programme. They commit to respect the quality requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education in all aspects of the organisation and management of mobility, in particular the recognition of the credits (or equivalent) awarded to students by the partner institution. The institutions also commit to sound and transparent management of funds allocated to them through Erasmus+.

UNIVERSITY OF MURCIA

The University of Murcia has adapted its facilities in order to allow access to participants with disabilities. ADyV (Servicio de Atención a la Diversidad y Voluntariado http://www.um.es/adyv/) provides guidance and assistance to students with disabilities and special needs. Some of the services they render include the following: access to adapted computers, technical support, academic support, and psychological help. Incoming students and staff in need of special support should inform the International Relations Office (erasmusmi@um.es) during the application procedure.

FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF LAVRAS

According to e-MAG (Electronic Government Accessibility Model) guidelines, in compliance with Decree 5,296, dated 12.24.2004. UFLA guarantees accessibility and inclusion of people with disabilities. The term accessibility means including the person with a disability in participation in activities such as the use of products, services and information. Some examples are buildings with ramps for wheelchair access and bathrooms adapted for the disabled.

With this, UFLA has an Accessibility Coordination that aims to: Ensure the inclusion of people with disabilities and / or with special educational needs in academic life at UFLA, eliminating pedagogical, architectural, programmatic, attitudinal and communication and information barriers, promoting compliance with legal accessibility requirements.

Consolidate the National Policy on Special Education in the Inclusive Education Perspective the transversality of special education in higher education through actions that promote access, permanence and participation of students in all academic spaces at UFLA. In addition, there are the following actions aimed at accessibility: Accessibility Center - NAUFLA; Support Program for Students with Special Educational Needs - PADNEE; and Linguistic and Communicational Accessibility Program - PALCo. F. Calendar

4. Termination of the agreement

The inter-institutional agreement may be amended by mutual agreement. The inter-institutional agreement may be terminated by either party. In the event of unilateral termination, a notice should be given, regardless of just cause, provided that it communicates the other party on its intention to terminate at least 60 (sixty) days in advance, that it communicates the other party on its intention to terminate, fulfilling the benefits or advantages previously granted and bearing the responsibilities of the obligations undertaken during its respective term.Failure to comply with any of the provisions herein is considered a reason for the termination of this Agreement. Neither the European Commission nor the National Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict.

If not all mobilities are awarded as a result of the first call of applications, a second and a third call will be published, until all vacancies are covered.

J. Allowances

• Monthly allowance for students

Monthly allowances are transferred to students by the project coordinator through bank transfer: 70% of the total at the beginning of the mobility and 30% at the end of the mobility.

The student will receive the first payment three weeks after arrival in Murcia, after opening a bank account in Spain. The student needs to make sure he/she has enough money to cover the living expenses of the first month.

• Travel grant for students

Each student will receive a unique travel grant of 1.500€. This amount will be transferred to the student’s bank account in Spain at the beginning of the mobility period.

• Daily allowance for teaching staff and administrative staff

Each teaching/administrative staff will receive a unique travel grant of 1.500€.

The project coordinator will pay the travel grant and the daily allowance to the participant at the beginning of the mobility by bank check.

K. Organizational Support

The partner university will receive the amount of 100 € for each received participant and 50 € for each sent participant as a contribution to the organizational support. The total

amount will be transferred to the partner at the end of the mobility project upon acceptance of the final report by the Erasmus Spanish Agency, and not before October 2023.

L. Intellectual Property

Any invention, improvement or technological innovation, obtaining a product or process, including the right of economic exploitation of literary or scientific works resulting from the actions taken under this Agreement will be subject to a specific instrument, observing in any case, the applicable legislation.

M. Jurisdiction

In order to solve issues possibly arising from the performance and interpretation of this agreement, the Parties will put out all of the stops to settle a consensual solution. If that is not possible, the parties shall point out, in common agreement, a third party, natural person specialist in amicable solution of international disputes to be the mediator and to settle the issues based on the legislation of both the countries involved. The parties agree that the place of the dispute event or, in the cases in which there is an obligation to be complied, the place of its compliance, defines the applicable law and competent court.

O interesse público também está ligado ao interesse do Estado como Administração Pública, e, outrossim, incluído

nesta proposta que converge com o interesse da UFLA como membro especial da autoridade de Administração

Indireta da União para intensificar a sua política de internacionalização.

Finalmente, destaca-se ainda a interpretação do interesse público relacionado com a garantia dos direitos

fundamentais, entre os quais os direitos sociais. O acordo proposto é, a partir dessa perspectiva, relevante, uma vez

que afeta interesses relacionados com a educação (direitos sociais consagrados no artigo 6º da Constituição da

República Federativa do Brasil de 1988), permitindo iniciativas de formação e produção de conhecimento.

O presente Plano de Trabalho seguirá, no que couber, os ditames da Lei Brasileira n

5. OBJETIVOS

Determinar o número de 2 (duas) vagas para mobilidade discente, 2 (duas) vagas para mobilidade docente e 2 (duas)

vagas de técnico superior (STA), a serem implementadas até 31/07/2023. As instituições concordam que esse

número será dividido em cada semestre de acordo com o interesse dos discentes e das instituições. O intercâmbio de

discentes depende da indicação prévia da instituição de origem e da aprovação da instituição anfitriã, que

posteriormente fornecerá ao aluno uma carta de aceite para fins de visto.

Promoção de mobilidades entre a

1. TITLE

Cooperation Agreement between the

2. LEGAL BASE

This work plan, referring to the International Academic Cooperation Agreement concluded between

_{in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme is justified insofar as it reaches the plurality of meanings}

ascribed to "public interest", this being the personal interest of a subject or a group of subjects who act as

Public interest is also related to the interest of the State concerning Public Administration and it is also included in

this proposal that meets UFLA's interest as special authority member for Indirect Administration of the Federal

Government in intensifying its policies for internationalization.

Finally, we highlight the interpretation of public interest as a warranty of fundamental rights, one of which being

social rights. The proposed agreement is relevant since it causes effects on interests regarding education (social

rights established in the article 6 of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil in 1988), enabling

initiatives of formation and production of knowledge.

The hereby Work Plan follows, as applicable, the precepts of the Brazilian Law no. 8.666/93.

3. OBJECT OF THE FORMAL INSTRUMENT 4. PERIOD OF EXECUTION

The objective is to establish an international partnership that allows

technical, scientific, educational and cultural cooperation between UFLA

and UMU. The aim is to develop activities related to teaching, research

and extension within the Aquaculture area.

4. OBJECTIVES

To settle the number of 2 (two) vacancies for student mobility, 2 (two) vacancies for teaching mobility and 2 (two)

vacancies for senior technician (STA), to be implemented until 31/07/2023. The institutions agree that this number

will be divided each semester according to the interests of students and institutions. The exchange of students

depends on the prior indication of the home institution and the approval of the host institution, which will later

provide the student with a letter of acceptance for visa purposes.

5. EXPECTED RESULTS

Promotion of mobility between UFLA and UMU in order to send and receive students working in the area of

Aquaculture and joint research that results in the improvement of their intellectual and technical skills. Increase in

the internationalization of UFLA through academic mobility, training of internationally trained professionals due to

the exchange, contribution to the Brother UFLA program by students graduating from mobility.
